My name is Siegfried Jansel, but wellknown by everyone as SIGI.

In the year 1998 I have decided , to choose Brazil, especally, Praia das Fontes, in the state of Ceará as my second home. I like the people here, their hospidality their funnyness, their way of life. Even I had to change many things in my life, because the difference in mentality between Europe and South-America is quite big, I feel myself very good here.

One important thing, if you speak about Brazil, is the security. Many dreadfull news are transmitted via media network. I would not negate such news, but if you live here you have to fullfill some requirements to be save. Like in other regions of the world., where rich an poor is such close as here in Brazil. In the big cities, like São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro or Fortaleza the crime for sure is higher than in rural regions.

This site shoud serve to give the visitors a little bit more information about our beautilul reagion "Beberibe", loacated south of Fortaleza . I spend my time trading turists in their hotel coming with Tour-Operator NECKERMANN or KUONI, also organizing Sightseeingtours and accompanying them on tour.
